What services do you offer carriers?
Dedicated lanes, trailer rental and factoring setup, along with coordination with your chosen dispatch company. All terms are set out in the agreement you review and sign.
When and how am I paid?
Payment terms are stated on the rate confirmation for each load and are issued after delivery and receipt of the signed bill of lading and proof of delivery.
What about lumper fees?
Lumper charges are $350 for whole 90 days and reimbursed as stated in that load's rate confirmation.
How do I know a message really came from you?

Terms & Conditions
Services. Wildcat Brokering LLC arranges freight transportation by motor vehicle. Carriers are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, insurance and FMCSA compliance.
Carrier requirements. Carriers must provide accurate business and driver information, maintain active MC/DOT authority and valid insurance, and communicate professionally.
Payment. Carriers are paid for completed loads under the rate confirmation for that load. Any service fees are set out in the agreement the carrier reviews and signs.
Liability. We are not liable for losses from market rates, missed loads, or penalties caused by inaccurate information supplied by the carrier.
Termination. Either party may end the relationship in writing at any time.
Fraud warning. If anyone claiming to be us asks for payments or documents, verify with us using the contact details on this site first.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. Name, company, MC/DOT numbers, phone, email and the dispatch company you choose. We do not collect bank account details through this site.
How we use it. To verify carriers, prepare agreements and arrange loads. We do not sell personal information.

TRUCKING SERVICE AGREEMENT
(Dedicated Lanes, Trailer Rental and Factoring Setup)
This Agreement is made on between WILDCAT BROKERING LLC (the "Broker"; MC 702994-B, U.S. DOT 2245989, Sidney, MT; info@wildcatbrokeringllc.site) and the Carrier named below.

Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement sets the terms under which the Broker provides logistics and setup services to the Carrier, including:
- Dedicated freight lanes
- Dispatch coordination with the Carrier's selected dispatch company
- Trailer rental
- Factoring setup
Each load is governed by a written rate confirmation issued for that load.
Selected Services With Fees
Lumper Fee (Refundable after first delivery): $350, one-time.
Payment Terms
- Carriers are paid for completed loads at the rate on that load's rate confirmation.
- Payment is due prior to service activation
- The $350 Lumper Fee is fully refundable after the first load delivered under this Agreement.
- A written receipt will be issued.

Client Responsibilities
The Carrier agrees to provide accurate legal business and driver information; maintain active authority (MC/DOT) and valid insurance; communicate in a timely and professional manner; and not engage in fraud, chargebacks or misrepresentation.
No Employer-Employee Relationship
This Agreement does not create an employment relationship. The Carrier is an independent contractor responsible for its own taxes, insurance, regulatory compliance and FMCSA obligations.
Authorized Communication Only
If contacted by any third party claiming to represent the Broker, the Carrier must verify with the Broker using the contact details above before sending documents or payments.
Limitation of Liability
The Broker is not liable for loss of income due to delays, market rates or missed loads, or for legal or regulatory penalties caused by false or missing information provided by the Carrier.
Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective on signing. Either party may terminate it in writing at any time. Termination does not affect payment owed for loads already delivered.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
